Shipping Information:
We are happy to offer free ground shipping and on all orders. Orders are shipped from our New York City warehouse within two business days of receipt. You will receive in-stock orders in three to six business days from the date your order was placed. For out of stock orders please allow an additional 5-7 business days before shipping. We also offer express 2nd day shipping for a flat rate of $25 and express overnight shipping for a flat rate of $40. Please note that fees charged for express shipping will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Outside the US:
We currently do not offer shipping outside the continental US for internet orders. If you are located outside the continental US and are interested in placing an order for an item on the website, please call our New York office at 212-944-6203, and we will be happy to help you place an order over the phone.
Return Policy:
New, unworn merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 15 days of receipt of your order. You may request a return or exchange by filling out the form enclosed with your order. Mail your item(s) using the included pre-paid return label. For the return of one (1) item, a flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. For each additional item returned, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for processing of returns.
